Prices shown on the website are our standard prices. Lower prices are available for bulk purchases. All product prices are excluding VAT

For orders placed online, the buyer is then within a contract of purchase. Customers are advised to contact us if unsure before purchasing.

Payments are accepted online or over the phone, or at our premises. Payments will be processed at TRS Ltd. All orders must be paid in full before dispatched or collected.

All deliveries will be dispatched within 24-48hrs of receiving the order during weekdays. Orders placed at weekends may take 48-72hrs to dispatch. Christmas delivery periods may take longer due to demand. Deliveries will be made by courier or via our own TRS transport.

All damaged goods must be reported on receipt. Any damage must be reported to TRS Ltd within 24 hours notice, unless over a weekend when 48 hours notice is accepted. Photo proof is also required. All new goods returned must be returned in a non used condition within 7 days of notification. A 25% re stocking charge may be applied.

If you find any shortages in your order, they must be reported to TRS Ltd within 24 hours of receipt.

If goods advertised and sold on our website have run out of stock, buyers will be notified within 24 hours of potential purchase. They will be advised of the stock arrival date.

Goods will remain the property of TRS Ltd until full payment is cleared.

All information given to us is intended only for the purpose of the contract between the buyer and the seller and will not be passed onto a third party. Although TRS may use email addresses for further promotional purposes. We do not store financial card data.

All graphics and imagery remain the property of TRS Ltd. Any imagery not owned by TRS Ltd have to be granted permission by the owner.
